 Swedish Massage- The most commonly requested massage.  Pressure can be light or firm with smooth relaxing strokes to soothe the body and alleviate tension and stress.

Prenatal Massage- This treatment is intended to reduce the stress and discomforts associated with pregnancy. Though some modifications need to be made, pregnancy massage is safe for most women.  In fact, women who receive regular massages throughout their pregnancy have been shown to have less complications and shorter labors.

Geothermal Therapy- Stones of various sizes and temperatures are used to massage the body.  they can range from 0-130 degrees depending on your comfort level. Warm stones increase circulation while cold is helpful for reducing inflammation.  Alternating between hot and cold is beneficial for bringing fresh nutrients to an area and assists in healing.  Services available:

Lymphatic Drainage- Specific skin movement intended to move the stagnant lymph back through the body so it can be removed as waste.

Spa Treatments- Treatments to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate the body.  The treatment starts with gentle dry brushing to invigorate the skin.  Next the product is applied and the body is wrapped in multiple layers so you stay warm while the product is working.  During this time, you will receive a complementary add on service of your choice.  Next the products are removed with warm towels.  Finally, lotion is applied to keep the skin moisturized.  Or, if you have time, a massage can be done afterward for the ultimate in relaxation and luxury.  Services Available:
